TKM catalogue “Albert Gulk. Polaaröö”

Albert Gulk (b. 1969, Antsla) is a keen observer of nature, whose visual language has been influenced by popular science illustrations, science fiction, and pop culture. The catalogue presents the artist’s work from the 1990s, focusing on his early, dreamlike and uncanny imagery. The publication features drawings and watercolors in which humans, animals, and machines form an interwoven system, where the boundaries between beings and environments become blurred. The catalogue also includes reproductions of the artist’s largest drawings, measuring 7 and 10 meters in length.
