Estonian Art Calendar 2025 “Karin Luts”

A spiral-bound Estonian art calendar with a hanging loop. The calendar features reproductions of works by Karin Luts from the collections of the Tartu Art Museum.

The calendar includes flag and notable days, sunrise and sunset times, moon phases, and week numbers.

Karin Luts (1904–1993) was a painter and costume designer and one of Estonia’s most significant female artists of the 20th century. She studied at the Pallas Art School in Tartu and later pursued further education abroad. In 1944, Luts fled to Sweden, where she soon incorporated graphic art into her work. The artist bequeathed her painting and graphic art collections to the Tartu Art Museum.
