In the spring of 2016, Johan Huimerind transformed 15 rooms in Karlova into camera obscuras. A camera obscura is a dark room with a small aperture in the wall that projects an inverted image of illuminated objects or landscapes onto the opposite wall. The camera obscura is a predecessor to the camera. As a result of this principle, the interior of the room meets the exterior view of the room.
