“Hea tunne” Kristi Kangilaski

Laur lies in bed, unable to fall asleep. Negative thoughts keep swirling in his head. This way, sleep will not come. His mother suggests that he think happy thoughts, and Laur gives it a try. It turns out that it’s impossible to think two thoughts at once. Good thoughts make him feel better, and calm thoughts bring sleep. It’s an interesting game with these thoughts—almost like magic.
