Description

The production platform RESKRIPT offers new scenarios for four types of events – openings, discussion groups, meetings with the artist, book presentations – on the basis of which cultural institutions and organizers can boost familiar situations to the point of annoyance. Several scenarios have been developed for each event category, which contain a description of the necessary conditions and detailed instructions for organizing the dislocation.

Maarin Mürk (1983) is an art worker who deals with creating points of contact between contemporary art, more and less experimental education, art criticism, etc. His last major project was the “Artists within collections” (“Kunstnikud kogudes”) organized within the framework of EV100 together with Mary-Ann Talvistu, for which he also received the Kulka annual prize and a mention at the museum awards. On a daily basis, he works at the Estonian Academy of Arts as the head of the center for general theory subjects and as a lecturer, and hosts the program Ministry of Art (with Indrek Grigori), which is broadcast once a month on Klassikararadio.

Henri Hütt (1985) is a (performance) artist whose broad creative spectrum includes forms of technologically dominant performance art, sound performances, staged exhibitions, curations, writing, generation of installation performances and other intangibles. It is based on being in duration, because those who do a lot get little in history. Henri’s creative examples can be found in productions in this decade that include all theaters as well as the microtonal flicker of an empty space.

If you find a suitable scenario, you should contact RESKRIPT producer Maarja Kalmre () and submit an order. The scenarios are paid, varying according to the complexity, but their pricing takes into account the price sensitivity of the local cultural institutions.
