Activity cards “Coping with Strong Emotions Cards”

This card deck is like an unbound book, introducing 32 strategies for coping with strong emotions and providing game instructions on how to teach children calming techniques.

The illustrated side of the cards is primarily intended for the child, while the reverse side presents the strategy to the adult. The illustrations can be used as visual cues to remind the child of the option to use a specific technique. Additionally, the deck includes four cards designed to help with managing feelings of anger, sadness, fear, and pain.
